Contract Preparation & Management
Course Overview
This course covers different contract types as well as the various
contracting methods including bidding, competitive proposals, and sole
sourcing, and provide participants with the knowledge, concepts and skills
needed to perform all the tasks required in the pre-award phase of a contract.
Contract Preparation & Management is applicable when needing to vary things
such as price and deliverables or proposing change when exercising options of
extension.
The participant will be able to :

procedures including developing an effective scope of work, terms, and
conditions
